In compliance with the guidelines of the World Health Organization and the Italian Government, Cala Sinzias Resort has taken a series of measures at guaranteeing all our guests a holiday in total safety and serenity.

Information before departure
To be able to stay in Sardinia, before embarking, you must always download the "Sardegna Sicura" application, fill in all the data and present a copy of the registration at the controls before boarding.
From 15
th June 2021, the ordinance of the Sardinia Region concerning the requirements and registration to be able to arrive in the island is no longer in force. Therefore, it is not necessary any kind of procedure before or after arriving to Sardinia.

Arrival
 The private transfer booked through Cala Sinzias Resort will be carried out in accordance with the regulations in force. The driver will be equipped with PPE and the car sanitized before each service.
 The luggage will be transferred to disinfected vehicles and delivered to the room by our staff.
 The reception will always guarantee the safety distances as well as the correct cleaning and disinfection of the surfaces. Staff and guests shall wear personal protective equipment (PPE).

Staff training
All our staff has been trained and is constantly updated on the application and supervision of security protocols and all the measures envisaged. The staff who will have access to the hotel, will be subjected to body temperature control at the beginning of each shift. External collaborators will follow specific information and will be trained by partner companies that must scrupulously comply with the directives in force.

Common areas
 In all common areas there will be signs and provisions for the observance of the interpersonal distance of 1 meter;
 The use of the mask in the internal and external common areas is mandatory (if the interpersonal distance is not respected);
 The gel sanitizer will be placed in all common areas available to guests and staff;
 Sanitization and daily sanitization of all common environments; The body temperature of each guest at the check-in will be checked. The temperature must be below 37.5°;

Cleaning and disinfection of the room will be carried out with certified products, special attention will be given to surfaces and objects such as: floors, switches, taps, remote controls, telephones, handles etc. Linen, towels and beach towels will be cleaned and sanitized with certified washing procedures. Daily cleaning staff will use PPE to ensure maximum safety.

Beach and Pool
Distance between sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and sanitation of the same after every single use; In the pool will be carried out multiple daily checks to verify the water parameters and chlorine levels.

Restaurants and bars
In accordance with the legislation under discussion, there will be table service and buffet assistance to avoid that guests can serve themselves, will also ensure the maintenance of distances of at least one meter.
Sanitizing gel dispensers will be available for incoming and outgoing hands.
The management may request access for shifts or reservation during the stay, in order to ensure a correct and regulated turnout to the service.
Will be preferred outdoor spaces and abundantly ventilated.
Tables and seats will be available so that the correct spacing provided for by the specific regulations for catering is widely guaranteed.
The service staff in contact with guests will always use the mask and provide frequent hygiene of the hands with hydroalcoholic solutions before each table service.
Guests will need to use masks as often as they get up from their table.
At the end of each service, cleaning and disinfection will be carried out with surgical medical devices.
  • For the menu will be favoured the consultation through your mobile device or paper plasticized and sanitized.

Internal shuttle service
Sanitization and sanitization of the shuttle before and after each transfer service;
Mandatory use of masks during the transfer service;
Limited seating while respecting social distance.

Cala Sinzias Resort may modify this document and update it on the basis of regulatory legislations.
